my recorded history is not showing

This past friday out of no where, I was unable to see what I was writing in my history in ACT.  Everyone else in my office is able to read my notes but I cannot see my notes or anyone elses new notes.  I am not sure why this suddenly happened because I certainly did not change any of my options.  Someone please help! Thanks!

There is a preference setting for the font and the color for the notes.  It sounds like yours got modified somehow.  Just change it and you should be good to go.

Also make sure to check the date filter to make sure you are showing all dates
