Hello, I'm glad to have this resource.
I utilize different databases to separate prospect list categories. As I call on one database/list and schedule tasks, I need to be alerted to these tasks if/when I'm calling off of other databases. Is there a way to set this up? If not, can anyone give me the next best possible approach. For what it's worth, the company I now work for did not use act, they use outlook. I have been enlisted to present the utilization of ACT to the whole firm provided I can have it do all we need.
