most cost effective way to host Act

I am looking to add 3 users using Act Prmeium desktop version.  I want to host my own DB instead of using the cloud-based or 3rd party hosing services. I do not have my own server with a static IP. Is there a way to do this using my ISP's server or a service like Noip.com?

Re: most cost effective way to host Act

It could be done ezcept the performance would be unacceptably slow. You would be better off using Hymachi to set up a VPN and use database synchronization.

Then Roy's suggestion of using Hymachi and setting up synchronization would be the best
