i am having an issue with exporting mobilephone numbers to excel from the lis view lookup. i have tried to set the check to clear in the preferences . any help much appreciated.

How many users
What do youo mean by "... check to clear in the preferences ..."?
Is the mobilephone showing in the list view?
Are you able to do an export to Excel at all?

thank you for responding
i have unchecked the area code box as per manual in the preference but the list view will not export the mobile numbers. it does export all other columns. thanks again.

While I am not an egnineer, my next question would be to ask you to post a screenshot of the list before you select export to excel.

Everything on the screenshot whould export.
At this point, I will have to defer to one of the more learned ACT gurus. Anyone have any ideas?
