I am using Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 220.127.116.11, as well as Outlook 2010. I recently had viruses removed from my computer (it was locking up) ... and now when I boot, I also must give permission on each boot to allow Sage ACT! to make changes to my computer.
Hope someone can help!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community!
If Vista/Windows 7, try running Sage ACT! using the 'Run As Administrator' option: close ACT! > right click on ACT! icon > select 'Run as administrator' > test.
If that does not resolve the issue, here is an article with further instructions: KB Article 21040

I was on today with tech support ... and they directed me to change my computer settings to "let all programs make changes to your computer without asking permission." That has apparently solved the problem (and I worry that it has left me more vulnerable to viruses, which caused my computer melt down in the first place).
