I am assisting a person who has a requirement to move from her current ATS environment to a new software entity. She has a one user recruitment shop and has been in this business for over 30 years. She utilizes her current ATS primariliy as a repository for resumes. She requires the ability to:
1. Add new resumes.
2. Add keywords to perform searches.
3. She currently has a list of keywords embedded in the software now in place and woukld like to migrate them to the new envirnment.
4. Resumes in the existing database would have to be exported/imported to the new environment. (From what I have discerned from the vendor, it appears we could obtain this file in word format.
We do not require a lot of bells and whistles. Just a place to maintain the information base, search and update it. She does not use Outlook as a mail medium.
