The program that auto attaches emails to Act history only seems to attach them 1/2 the time. When I go the the "not attached" tab and click "attach to Act contact" it recognizes the contact but I have to do it manually. It seems like I need to reset the program because it used to do for everyone it recognized. Any ideas how to fix it? FWIW, we have one user on two computers with a shared database if that makes any difference.
