We are using Act 2012 Pro version on an win xp (I know it's xp ,but the user insist on it).
It worked fine til this morning. The user turned on his PC and all emails were "invisible" or deleted.... having no idea what happened.
He uses the Mail editor via Act and everything worked fine.
No, he didn't deleted the emails.
As i'm not an IT professional I would like to ask you if you have any idea what happened.
No other person had access to the pc and he did't deleted anything.
I find this really interesseting...

I'm just guessing without more info - but reference the ACT! email recovery tool in this list of kb items
