What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?

I haven't heard of that with 10... it's just a stand-alone on one syste?
Try a database repair (backup first) as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article - http://tinyurl.com/4emq5t
You might also update to 10.0.2 - You can download the current patch from http://www.act.com/support/updates/index.cfm

I did the patch and there was an error that did not allow me to open ACT. My IT guy got a hold of you and you had a simple patch that did work but I was shut down for 2 days. This problem is VERY aggrevating as company info changes dob are added or changed, I never know if the info on a contact is correct.
