i have created a lookup - how can I change the value of a particular field en masse ?

greetings all

using ACTpro2013

ok , so i have narrowed down & created a lookup  (about 5000 contacts) & now I want to change the value of one of the fields, to make ALL of these 5000 contacts have the same field value (for 1 particular field)

note:  I don't want to create a group - just was to change thier field value en masse.   - any ideas? - many thanks in advance

Russell
