how to create 2 calendars for 2 different people

I need to print 2 daily schedules for 2 different people. I've setup 2 different companies, but the appointments are being populated on one calendar. Is there any way of separating the schedules so that when I print, one person will have his and one the other? Thanks in advance.

How many ACT! User Licenses do you have?

ACT! can display a separate calendar for each User (User= someone with an ACT! log-in user name). So, providing you have two licenses and two Users set up you can change the calendar you are looking at by clicking the "Select Users" icon in Calendar View.

Companies are used for something different.
