I have 2 problems. First, when I click to write a letter to a contact, the program freezes & I must go to task Mgr to exit.
Second, I want to use Word in stead of act word processor. Instructions say I can do that, but there is no box to check for the option to change to word.
I was an Act 2000 user & it was great but have had problems with 2006. It would not loan on my desktop when I bought the program in 2006. I just bought a new laptop running Vista & Word 2007. I'd load the old 2000 Act if I still had it. I'm lost.... Any advise???
