Can you provide some additional information about the issue:
- What is the version of ACT! you are running?
- Assume this is synchronizing a remote database - is that correct?
- Are there any errors presented?
- Can you attach a screen shot?
- What is your operating system?
- Has it ever worked? If yes, have you tried rebooting the computer, then attempting to sync?
