In regards to the error, we will need some additional information:
- What version of ACT! are you using?
- What version of MS Office are you using?
- What action were you performing when this error occurred? Does this happen every time you perform this action?
- What is the full error message?

Im Trying to do a email merge and that error message comes up when you try and send the emails, iv tryed different tempates and sending 1 email and then 20 emails and still get that message i can send a normal email and do a doc merge but not email.
