we have recently installed Act! to use as a database/electronic records system for our clinical research company. i have figured out how to customize fields and design layouts according to our needs, but the problem is, when i began adding contacts, an error message kept popping up whenever i tried saving them or leaving the contacts form. is it because all the fields haven't been filled out? but i checked each field property and made sure that blanks are allowed... what could the problem be?
