emails created in outlook

In Act2009, when I send an email out of outlook that I attach to contact history, my name disappears from the "from" field on the email.  I do know that when the email is received, my name is shown in the "from" field.  Any ideas--thanks

ACT! is functioning as designed. The name of the sender will not appear in the attached email in History, but the sender will be recorded as the Record Manager of that history item.  This is based of the username used when the ACT! address book was added to Outlook...that username will automatically be assigned as the Record Manager of any emails added to history.
