i am trying to create a new template for the mail merge option on the software. basically i am trying to add our newsletter to the templates so i can send it easily to prospective costumers. could someone explain the process of doing this to me? or even where to find the information needed online... any help would be highly appreciated.
search the knowledgebase for document template and you should find some help. Email templates can be a bit funny if you copy and paste images into them so I would insert them from file. (i.e have the image saved as a file on your computer then use isert image/picture)
