email services for ACT - issues with sync

email services for ACT - issues with sync

I have Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 14.1.108.0 and have attempted to sync with Dotmailer, I am getting an error message that says "Sync process terminated due to an error, Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

 

Can't see where my error is in the set up, can you help anybody...?

thanks for the tip, however, after some further effort I have managed to fix it... good job too as so far Sage help is on a different planet to that promised but not delivered by Dotmailer!!
