Clicking on TO, CC and BC will insert the appropriate email addresses
HOWEVER, the Outgoing list show that these data fields are empty?? so the email is not sent.
Searched Knowledge Base - email recipient empty and got 49 pages returned..ouch
Nothing list in Community

Your question is a little strange.
What version of Outlook or email client?
What version of ACT!?
Have you applied all of the latest updates?
Can you setout the steps you are using?
If you write a single email from the contact screen does it work?
