I use Act! version 10.0.2.191 and Internet Mail. After spending hours putting together a database on this program so I can send group email and have the email activity automatically recorded to contact history, I have just realized that group email may not work--the email simply sits in outbox. I went to Act!'s knowledge base and tried the solution listed there, i.e., re-establishing the SPA setting but the message still sits in outbox. I am about to pull my hair out. Please help, anyone!!!
