Our company would like to send out emails to clients. We have saved an email template, and would like to send the email out to more than 40 people. Instead of sending the emails 1 at a time, we would like to send the email to all people at the same time.
When you go to write email message from template, microsoft outlook automatically sends the email to the people listed without allowing for user to input subject title of email. Is there a way to update the subject message of email for all outgoing emails using the email from template format? It would make life easier to be able to update subject message for all emails being sent, as opposed to updating the information 1 by 1.
I appreciate any advice given, thank you.

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community!
I recommend you look into using the Mail Merge function within Sage ACT!. It allows you to customize a template to include fields from the contact detail screen - personalizing the emails received by your contacts. It will create an individual email for each contact, the contacts will not be able to see who else received it.
Here is an article with instructions for setting up Mail Merge: KB Article 13883
After setting up a template, use the Mail Merge option 'Word Processor' so that you can review the results. If correct, initiate the mail merge again and select email.
