I have a group entitled Prospects that I want to send an email too. When I have the group showing and click "write emai" it only includes the business email field for the clients. How can I get it to include the personal email and an extra field I added for spouse email?

Right click on the group name in the tree and select Create Lookup to create a lookup of the contact in the group.

Thanks for the reply but I'm still lost. I did what you said but have no idea what to do to create the lookup after that. I really appreciate all the help. Just to clarify, I'd like to be looking at the original group and have it include all email addresses associated with the contacts listed in that group, or better yet, let me select which addresses are included for an individual contact as a default for all future emailings.
