editing and saving templates

I am using Act Pro ver 18.2.53 update 7  on my private personal PC  running on Windows 10

I am the sole user of ACT

When I edit and then try to save a mail merge template I get an error message saying “you don’t have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission.

This is my private computer at home, I am a single user and not connected to a network.  When I look at Tools, manage users, it says under security roles that I am  Administrator.

How do I edit and be able to save a template?

Thank you in advance.
