I have 2008 10.0 version and having trouble opening database. I re-booted computer several times and still nothing.
It always says " database cannot be accessed. Check network connection etc etc
but internet server is working.

Hello Terri,
This may mean that the SQL Server is not starting properly. There are also a number of other possible causes,. Please see a list of causes and suggested solution in KB Article 19640. Try the steps to ensure the SQL Server (ACT7) instance is started first (7th item in the list).
