create reports

We using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 10 with Act 11. But we can’t create reports in Excel on every PC, only on one. I don’t know what the problem is.
Could somebody help me?

Can you verify if you are running ACT! 2009 (V11) or ACT! 2011 (V13)*?

Can you explain how are you trying to create a report in Excel?

 

 

*ACT! 2009 is not compatible with Office 2010.  ACT! 2011 is the only version compatible with Office 2011 (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

We’re using Act 11 2009. It is possible to create a Report, but only on one PC, on the other 4 it is not possible.
To create a report chose as a sample the calendar. There you can create a report from a timespan. In the new Window you can chose the format for the report, HTML, plain text, and on one PC you can chose excel.
