I am working with Act! for 2 years now and I got the task to reduce the number of "Status/ID" list entries dramatically.
We are using this field to mark a Contact for example as a current Client (IS_CLIENT) or as a former one (WAS_CLIENT). My idea was to throw the "WAS_CLIENT" category away and to add a group with dynamic members who have a change from "WAS_CLIENT" to "" in their history.
Do you have an idea if it is possible to set those criteria? I did not find anything concerning the "History" in the query window. We do have many of those "IS" and "WAS" categories and it would be possible to reduce about 20 entries with only this one step. We are running 184.108.40.2067.
