SUMMARY OF PROBLEM: Another user, across the network cannot see the the cly file I can see (custom cly).
Using ACT Pro 2013. Windows PCS. Windows 7 mainly.
I have a custom cly on the hard drive on my pc. This is in the same folder where the data base is stored. This PC is called M19.
When I go over to computer M16, which accesses the database across the shared network, 1) when I log in using MY ACT username and password I see the default layout. 2) when Iog in with User "Tia Arc" username, I see a different cly layout. This was a custom layout I created a while back. I had an expert help me point the clys in August.
**This user IS viewing the same database I am.**
I don't know why my new cly with all my changes can't be viewed by other users.

It's not just a case of the user Tia Arc needing to change the the layout drop down at the top right of the toolbar Bar (the one that shows the save button)
