Has anyone ever received this error message? I have ACT 2011, and this is what I get when I try to open it. I need to know how to retrieve my info since I can't even open it. Thanks!

Did you rename the whole ActData folder?
i.e. C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ACT Data
You will have to run Task Manager and stop all Act Processes running. Bear in mind this will lose you any menu/toolbar customisations, preferences and will forget where your database is located, so you'll have to browse to it again.
Failing that, it may be worth repairing Microsoft .NET framework. If you run this file from your Act! installation DVD/Download:
You should find it in the dependencies folder of the installation media. When you run it choose the repair option.
