Using Act Pro V17.2, Hotfix 2 on Windows 10 systems desktop and 2 remote databases. On one remote DB, I open the Attach to Act Contacts Progress window, go to Not Attached Messages tab and then try to attach a message to an Act contact. The popup window with the list of contact names doesn't popup. There must be a setting somewhere but I sure can't find it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you're still experiencing this problem, I would suggest running through the email system setup wizard again, making sure the correct database is selected (Tools > Preferences > E-mail & Outlook Sync > E-mail system Setup).
If the problem persists, could you try selecting an email in Outlook, then clicking the button shown below under the Add-ins tab. Does the contacts selection window open?
