can't edit list values

can't edit list values

In contact, I have edited the list values for Department before.. Now when I try, it lets me add and delete yet the OK toggle doesn't light up so all I can do is cancel or try to exit and then it asks if i am sure i want to discard current ifo.

 

Do you know what the problem is?

I figured it out. Edited it in the define fields

I can click on Tools, but I am unable to open Define Fields.

Are you using a Remote Database Sync? It's not enabled for remote users or for non-admin.

No, not using remote and have admin. Also I am unable to do check and repair because does not finish proccess it hangs at the end. Also I am unlable to switch between contacts and a message stateing that one or more errors have been detected.

You need to get an Act! consultant like ourselves to remote in and look at your system at a charge.

Have you run through the normal Act! Diagnostics?
