can not open my sales invoice page!!

Help! I can't open my sales invoice page.  I can open every other page and the page would pop up but the sales invoice page is not coming up.  I can't even open older sales invoices.

- Error message?
- Are you referring to creating 'Quotes' or opening existing ones?

If you are not using Sage ACT!, what is the name of the Sage program - so that we may direct you to the appropriate site?
