apply same data to several contacts at once

How do I apply the same data to several contacts at once, instead of entering each one individually?

Example:  I have a field set up for the "date of service" and periodically I want to change this date for all of the contacts in this database and it will be the same date for each.  How can I do this without going into each individual record?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Before using the Edit > Replace function, be sure to do a lookup of all the contacts you want to apply the field data to. The Edit > Replace function affects the current lookup. Instructions are in the following Knowledgebase article:
