If from the start run you type in actdiag and there is a report in there that will give you the default value for each field in the database and one could assume that those fields which are READ ONLY as the default are most of the system fields.

Another way which is simpler and clearer than the field report in "actdiag" is Define Fields in TOOLS.  In the bottom left of the dialogue box are some nice summary details of each field.
