act21 Reinstall error

I'm running Act! Pro Version 21.0.295.0, Update 5

 ... it had been running fine on my new Dell Windows 10. 

The new computer (weirdly in my mind) had a very small C drive. Microsoft helped me move Windows to D (huge) and I began to reinstall programs. 

It looked like Act was automatically being installed back on to C, (I preferred the larger D but regardless,) I got an error: Windows SP 64 SO is not supported by ACT.

What is this about? I'm basically putting it back exactly where it was?

I deleted the old files, and it installed!  

Now, the activation key won't work.... it says I need a computer key. 

Ugh! Guess I will have to wait til tomorrow to call. I hope it's an easy fix. 

For the cost of Act, it certainly is never easy to activate. Every time, there is a problem. I don't think I have every activated w/o incident.
