Hello castigers99,

This message would indicate that the database has been updated to higher build (or schema) of ACT! 2008. While your program is at build 10.0, your database may be at 10.0.1, 10.0.2, or 10.0.3. If you have a machine that you are able to open the database on, then you can go to Help/About ACT! and see the build number. If not, then you should be able to see the database build in ACT! Diagnostics:

- From your Windows Start menu, click Run and type actdiag. If using Vista, Windows 7 or Server 2008 then type the command in the Search box

- When ACT! Diagnostics opens, click Databases, then Database List

- Locate your database on the list and you should see the version under the DB VERSION column. This is at least the build you would need to update the program to in order to open the database.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
