I downloaded actpro 2011 back in july of 2011. My laptop crashed and had to do a restore. I cannot find my serial number. Is there a way for act to look up my account so i can download the software again?
Basically having a valid serial number is your proof of purchase. Without the serial number your best bet is to upgrade to the latest version. Tip, if you get the trial version of ACT! 2013 you will have a trial period of 30 days and if the 2014 version releases during the trial period you can then purchase the ACT! 2014.
I contacted customer service via chat. They had my company on file and my id and serial number and gave me the download link. Just a heads up for anyone in the same situation.
