a recent problem that i've came across a lot :
i work mainly with a dashboard
and a lot of times, when i clear an activity (or one of the other users does), it doesn't disappear from the dashboard
also when that happens, new activities doesn't appear. the only way to resolve this is to close act and reopen
any ideas?

There maybe a Refresh button above the dashboard.
Or one can go to View menu and go down to Refresh
Also the F5 button refreshes.
Hopefully this will help...

no, i know that i can refresh by the circle button of f5, but that doesn't work
even if i clear one of my own records, it strikes out and stays there (the settings are set to display only not completed on the dashboard)
