when we installed 2013 premium we were unable to sync with outlook.
got frustrated and got in touch with tech support...............on and on and on!
we uninstalled outlook 2007 enterprise and act.
reinstalled outlook and it works fine, but when one installs act it fails... error message act outlook mfc application, at the end of the install of act and then at the end of the uninstall....again!!!!!!!!!!
any ideas, much appreciated.
