I am not able to sync with my server. Both remotes have the same problem "UNable to connect to sync server".
I have windows XP family SP3 edition.
ACT! 2009 version 11
I have tried rebooting remotes and server but no luck, Was working fine before and suddenly stoped working.
I have installed Act Network sync service but it does not help.
I have tried to go into tools and do Accept incoming syncs but it does not work either.
Anyone have any Idea how to fix this?

You said it was working before, did anything change in the environment? The host machine name or IP Address...
Open a Remote database and go to Tools > Synchronization Panel
- check the 'Manage Main Database Connection'
- check the 'Manage Connection Information'
These may need to be updated.

Nothing as changed but just found out that I can't access the Server from my favorite network or by entering \\SERVERNAME in my run.
Might be a networking problem what do you think?

I would definitely look at the network. If you can't get to the server outside of the Act! program, your remotes won't have a chance.

Just checked from another remote which the network work properly and the error msg have changed!
It now says that the it could not sync because the Database are not the same versions. even if they are
