act e-mail does not work after installation V16

See also my previous message regarding custom commands

 

I just discovered the act e-mail system does not work anymore. It is unable to connect to  the smtp server anymore while V16 has taken over all parameters from V12

 

Act Version 16.09

Windows 7

stand alone PC

Act! e-mail only supports configuration with SMTP Port 25 and POP3 port 110. If your email domain's ports have not changed, try the following knowledgebase article:
