act 9

hi

we have act 9.01
on xp machine and windows 2003 server
in newzealand

observed that re accurring appointments  are shown 1 hour ahead but not the new  appointments

the time zone settings ae right on both the machines

is that because of the change in the daylight savings

do we need to apply the microsoft patch to fix this

why would normally appointments show one hour ahead

please help
thanks in advance

Re: act 9

You likely need the Windows DST patch. There was one for ACT! 2006 but it was incorporated into ACT! 2007 version 9.

Re: act 9

Activities are created in Zulu time (GMT) with an offset for the time zone.

If you haven't run a Windows DST update, the offset could be wrong.
