hello, i am having problems sending email
i have act 2011, windows 7 premium, and MS Office 2007 student and teacher edition (no outlook)
i can receive but not send email. the email stays in the outbox in act 2011
i use the same email address on godaddy, which has worked fine, and uses the ports that are required.
please help. thank you

Check the internet Mail settings as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
Ignore the bit on SPA (it's wrong) - neither ACT! IM, not godaddy uses SPA.... but you must have Authentication ON.
Thy using same setting, or Logon using and reentering your settings.
