I thought I had this problem, but as I was checking the Privacy Options in Outlook the messages started getting sent. Unfortunately there were two copies because I didn't realize the messages were going out, and couldn't find them in the Outbox, so I tried again. Where does ACT store the outgoing messages? I'm familiar with my AntiVirus program storing the Spam flags that I set in Drafts, but where does ACT put them?

i tried the solution for my situation and it was not relevant.
when I click on a contacts email address in the contact detail window - nothing happens.
I am runnning:
ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 126.96.36.199, Hot Fix 5
