I hope someone can help me. I have installed Outlookt as our e-mail program for ACT 2009, but history is not saved for any e-mails I sent.
. Is it possible that I have set the program up wrong? I in using Outlook 2007

Did you install ACT! after Outlook? If not, you need to reinstall ACT!

The ACT address book is included in my list of address books within Outlook. So apparently it is set up properly in Outlook.
I am able to send an email when I click on "send e-mail" from wihtin the WRITE section, but I cannot send an e-mail from ACT when I click on " Send an e-mail from template". When I click on that selction, OUTLOOK dooes not even open
Neither way, still does not add the information to histroy.
