We use oulook 365 for email and scheduling and I use ACT15 for creating opportunities and follow up
i am considering the upgrade to V16 or am I better off staying with V15 and adding companion link for outlook synch?
! already use Handheld for times when i need to acces act on the road. it works well, however i need a robust and reliable way to synch outlook 365 and Act

Outlook 365 is a tricky phrase because it could mean two very different things.
1) Office 365 Cloud is their online subscription service. It gives you online email, contacts, calendar, tasks, documents, etc.
2) With your Office 365 subscription, you can also download PC versions of MS Office apps (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.).
Are you looking to sync with the PC version of Outlook, or are you looking to sync direct to the Office 365 hosted contacts and calendar database?
CompanionLink can handle both configurations.
Sync Act! to Office 365 Cloud: http://www.companionlink.com/products/office365-act.html
Sync Act! to PC Outlook: http://www.companionlink.com/doublelook/

does not really matter, probably better to use PC version
two desktops use 365 cloud (win7)
two on pc PC version of outlook 2013 (win 8.1)
ACT15 resides on my laptop (win 8.1)which has the PC version of outlook 2013 installed.
I want to be able to synch and get all the contact updates, which includes calender and email attchments onto ACT and, then when i have finoshed my act work is done synch back to outlook.
