a small annoyance on data export - header reorganization

When I export I utilize a custom map file. When I load the file, it shows in the correct order - but in the export (to a .csv file) it changes the column order. I find this highly annoying because i have to fix it every time. Anyone know how I might fix this?

Can you not use the list view which you can customise and export this into Excel? It will keep the formatting.

I could, but I don't need all the columns in list view that I use in the data export - so it would be a very wide list view, and I don't need all that info.   plus, exporting as a text file is better, because if exported as excel all the leading "0" in zip codes get dropped. That's a real pain.

You can change the Columns in List View using the Option 'Customise Columns'.

Then Export to Excel.  Voila!

That would be great, but here in the US - we have postal codes starting with a 0 (zero) - they would all drop in that scenario, making them invalid postal codes (which I need).
