Y/N Does Not Link From Companies to Contact

Y/N Does Not Link From Companies to Contact

I ceated a Y/N field in the Companies View and linked it to a Y/N field in the contact.

 

The default is False (empty).  When I check the field in the company view it does not update the corresponding field in the contact.

 

How do I go about trouble shooting this?

This issue is reportedly fixed in Act! v17.1 as referenced in the following knowledgebase article:

Are you using V17.1 or later and still experiencing this issue?

Yes, I am running V17 (17.1.169.0, Hot Fix 3). 

 

Since I posted the qquestion, though, I have rebooted.  The sync feature is now working.
