We appear to be having an issue with our sales guys logging into their desktop when outside the office.It can take upto 15 to 30 minutes to get logged into desktop.
When they are back in the office they connect within a minute or two. Other users without ACT have not reported any loggin problems.
Any help would be much appericated.
