Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 6 - Wrong fields displayed when trying to customize columns in Opportunity module. Trying to customize column view in Opportunities - One of my 2011 databases shows fields from the Contact records instead of my Opportunity field names. Ran ACTDIAG rebuild options on this db so far. No Luck - If I open the problemed db first = problem. My other databases seem to be ok. So If I open the problemed db after I get inside the good db(file/open), the oppportunity column views are correct for the problemed db and I am able to see the opp field names.
update: So I open good db, then from there, do a file/open to open problemed db and the opp column views are good/same as prev db, BUT, once I go into Contact module, then select Contact Opportunities Tab and double click on a opportunity, it looses the opp fields and becomes a problem again when it goes back to a opportunity..
How can this be? Why am I seeing Contact fields instead of Opportunity field names when I open the problem db first?? How do I resolve please? FSB
