Hello, I recently purchased this software and while in the process of adding my contacts, somehow one of my contacts became a "user" and is showing up as my "administrator"??? I am the only one accessing this database. I have no idea how this happened or how to fix it. Please help. Thanks!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. More than likely, you unintentinally typed this contact's information over your own user record. You can verify this by going to menu and clicking Lookup > My Record. If that contact record comes up, then this is what happened. To correct this, you will need to edit the contact with your information. Before you do this, you can duplicate the contact so you will not lose their information.
